Does CAS Latency Matter?

I was looking at a pc build I'm going to do and Im going to upgrade the RAM. The first set of RAM was Latency of 14, and the upgraded RAM was 15. Will this effect anything?

You'll have to set all ram to the same so you'd have to go with 15. You won't see a difference in performance in most uses.
