Does Corsair's SP120 fans work with kraken x61 liquid cooler and NZXT's CAM software.

Will they work with the Kraken x61 and will them fans work with NZXT CAM software?
I'm also getting a nzxt grid + for my case fans and want to be able to control all the fans in the computer through nzxt's cam software.

No the Kraken has 2 x 140mm mounts, so it won't work with 120mm fans. You will need the Corsair SP140 fans instead. Believe me I made the same mistake when I ordered mine. :lol:

Well the CAM software is kind of useless - really all it does is report CPU and temperature information, you can't really do much with it other than that. But you can use any fans you want with the radiator.

Well the CAM software is kind of useless - really all it does is report CPU and temperature information, you can't really do much with it other than that. But you can use any fans you want with the radiator.

I have the x61 and yes it will control fanspeed...there is a cable that comes off the x61 where you can control up to 4 4pin fans with the CAM software...i dont think you can control them individually but you you can control the fan speed of any 4pin fan connected to the x61 fan line. I use the CAM software to control the FNV2 fans that came with the X61 and two corsair SP120 fans. Actually i left the 3 120 stock nzxt fans front mounted on H440 case, then put the radiator behind those and used the 140mm kraken fans to pull air through radiator achieving push/pull front mounted radiator config in my H440 case. I also use the CAM Software to monitor my GPU temps along with CPU temps and CPU core load.
