I am going to build a new pc under tight budget for basic computing + little bit of video editing in Filmora software + adobe Photoshop.

My specs are:-
*Ryzen 3 2200G
*Gigabyte a32 motherboard or Asus prime a32 motherboard.
* Ddr4 4x2 3000mhz Ram
*Corsair 450 watt smps
*120gb ssd Kingston
*1tb HDD seagate

Is it far enough for my requirements i mean smooth video rendering??

One more question :- i have old asus 210 silent ddr3 graphics card, can i put that graphics card in my new motherboard which support ddr5 graphics card. ???? Please someone help me.

To add on to this. Most B320 boards do not have an updated bios on them yet and will not support the 2200g out of the box.

It doesn't matter what type of memory the graphics card has vs. the type of memory supported/used on the motherboard.
The two are totally independent of each other.
So you can run with DDR4 memory installed on the motherboard, whilst using a graphics card that comes with DDR3, GDDR3, GDDR5 or GDDR6 etc.
