Hi,
All it started with windows 8.1 restart instead of shutdown so I ran sfc /scannow. It found corrupt files and unable fix it. google search shows to run this below command to fix this corrupted files.
I read DISM command in Microsoft site but it says something beyond my English knowledge so better to ask experts from here.
all I want to know is running these command will delete any of my data or installed app or other drive data stored in my HDD ?
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Thanks

And whether it does or does not (it doesn't), you should always have a good backup anyway.

What is the reason for this DISM and sfc?
Some "issue", correct?

Well...what happens if/when things get really bad. The drive dies, or you actually need to do a full OS reinstall.
Not everything is 'fixable in place'.
