Im thinking about buying this SSD Inland Professional 512GB SSD 3D TLC NAND SATA III 6Gb/s 2.5" 7mm Internal Solid State Drive (512GB) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088KLZKP...abc_VQYCF738Q9XYG52GBD53?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It’s advertised to be about 520 MB/s but as you know the ps4 is SATA II. I’ve seen on reviews that SATA II systems run this at about 240-270 MB/s. It seems to have no DRAM. I know that the PS4 does have a memory cache. Would this compensate for the lack of DRAM? And if not would this still be faster than the stock HDD even with the lack of DRAM?
