Does having a second fan on the Cooler master hyper 212 evo do much?

I just upgraded my cooler to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and it is working much better than my CPU"s stock cooler, but I was wondering if I bought a second fan for my new cooler would it cool a lot better?

It helps a little bit. It actually works best with higher pressure fans and shrouds in between both fans and the sink, it that makes it obnoxiously huge.

it might drop load temps by 2-3c, up to 5 i guess

for idle 1-2 c
