[SOLVED] Does Having Bigger GPU cooling fans help it cool more

Some GPUs have bigger fans higher than others
such as the Gigabyte Windforce fan has 90MM and MSI Armour has an 87MM I know its a small difference but does it affect Cooling?

Solution
Larger fans offer higher airflow at lower RPM, which subsequently means greater cooling potential for a lot less noise. Picking up fans with greater CFM, or cubic feet per minute, will result in higher airflow and greater cooling – although you may have to trade higher noise levels.
