I haven't been to HP's Web site for ages, but didn't it have online
support forums? I cannot seem to find them. I was wondering if HP removed
them.

Thank you in advance.

http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/home.do?forumId=1 is the IT forum
link, http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/categoryhome.do?categoryId=419
is the business forum link for Photosmart products.

http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/helptips.do?#overview has some
guidelines. Be aware that this is a peer to peer forum; it is a connection to
other users rather than directly to HP support. If you need to contact HP
support for your Photosmart 8450 then try
http://wwemail.support.hp.com/fd2/EmailForm?countrycode=us&langcode=en&alt_countrycode=us&sni=hpphotosma402150&lang=en&cc=us
(assuming you are in the US) or follow the links from
http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/wwcontact.html if you are elsewhere.

Thanks! How did you get there from HP's home page? I couldn't find it! I
even used its search engine.

I only found it about a month ago and have no idea how I got
there...it's so obscure. I think I just did some searches on "forums"
from some support site and it popped up. Definitely well hidden!

Thanks Bob! That is what I was looking for. Users to user help. It is the
same reason why I hang out in newsgroups too. :)

Bob.
I have HP printers and also have an HP 735 camera that has a broken
plastic door over the batteries. It is a simple piece of plastic and
easy to remove and replace.
Is there any chance that HP could sell me the plastic part of the
door without having to send the camera in?
