Solution
The case only supports a 161mm heatsink while the dark pro 3 is 163mm. You need a case that supports the larger heatsink. You should use the 530 that supports 183mm coller.

Solution
Buy a i5-7600K instead.
The price should be similar, but the 7600K is a better overclocker.
As of 12/04/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.4v Vcore.

I7-6700K
4.9 5%
4.8 21%
4.7 64%
4.6 96%
I5-7600K
5.3 samples exist, unknown % of occurence
5.2 13%
5.1 27%
5.0 52%
4.9 72%

I cool my 7600K@4.9 using a noctua NH-U12s which is 158mm tall and should fit.

650w is fine for a GTX1070, even good for a future gtx1080ti upgrade.
That bequiet psu is a tier 3 unit which is ok quality.

If you can find a Seasonic tier1 o2 2 unit, better.

As to drives,

I like Samsung evo better for performance and warranty.
If budget permits, look into a m.2 device like the Samsung 960

For bulk storage, I might look into wd red or blue.
