Question Does Linux support modern SSD technology such as Trim, Wear Leveling, SMART etc ?

First, wear leveling is not controlled by OS directly. And yes, Linux file systems does supports trim <archWiki source>.

SMART values is easily retrieved by using the Gnome disks (usually it appears in menus only as "disks"). You can also use smartctl for this:

Is there anything that can show you data similar to Crystal Disk Info on linux?

Similar - as in "visually identical clone of GUI" ?

No, I literally wrote down the programs that is capable of viewing smart values on screen/terminal.

You just have to try for yourself - boot up almost any of the most popular Linux distros, locate "Disks" in menu and then go to view smart values - it's a drop down menu in the upper right part of the program window.

However, smartctl is a very nice piece of software because it makes it possible to make the smart values appear in the terminal, and thus can easilly be transferred to a text file (or just copy to clipboard) and then pasted to a forum, or being used in a script or something, whatever you want to do with it.

Tips: If you choose MX Linux, the smartctl is the preinstalled tool for retreiving smart data, and I prefer this over "Gnome disks" because it's more easy to copy to clipboard in clean text format.
