Question Does my MSI laptop support 4K @ 60hz (for media)?

I have an MSI laptop with the following specs:

GL73 8RC, Intel Core i7-8750H, GTX1050 Gaming Notebook

• 17.3" Full HD (1920x1080)
• Latest 8th Gen. Intel Core i7 processor 8750H
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050, 4GB GDDR5
• 1x 8GB DDR4-2400, 1 slots, up to 32GB
• 1x1TB
• Windows 10 Home Operating System
• Exclusive Cooler Boost 5 Technology

I have an LG 4K monitor that I'm almost certain used to play media off my laptop in 4K @ 60fps.

I have the same correct cable, same laptop and monitor but now I'm stuck at 30hz.

So, as a starting point, can anyone confirm whether the GTX 1050 is capable of 4K @ 60fps?

I notice that there is another onboard graphics card the laptop has: UDH Graphics 630. I hope it's not causing the problem.

I'm using HDMI but I have the same problem when connecting via the mini display port.

I found a site where it's listed as Mini DisplayPort 1.2.

It's so strange. I could have sworn that it used to be 60hz in the graphics settings.
