Does radiator size affect overall cooling of other components?

I am going to order a 280mm radiator the x61 from NZXT, and mount it on top side of my case, and that part of my case is exhaust, so will it affect cooling exhaust of other components or is that what the fans that come with the radiators for, I know to some people reading this, you will be like how retarded can this guy be, but I am looking for an answer or atleast reassurance of my guess.

the fans on the radiator will exhaust any heat out of the case up through the radiator and out the case this will have minimal to no impact on the temperature of the other components providing they are adequately ventilated. if your case has no top fans now it should improve the airflow and reduce case temp further. hope this helps put your mind at ease
