I recieved this box as a gift,would just like to know if it is any good

The built in graphics processor probably the integrated GPU on the motherboard. If by "good" you mean "I can play games on it", I don't think so. Unless of course you only play Minesweeper and Solitaire. Oh, and maybe Plants vs. Zombies.

AMD CPUs do not have a built in graphics core.

If you are talking about a PC with an AMD CPU and the motherboard has integrated video, then it should be good enough to watch movies. Playing games... not so much.
