5Ghz isn’t 5G. 5Ghz is a frequency band used by wifi. 5G is the 5th generation of mobile communication tech for networks.

The motherboard supports wifi 5 (ac) at 2.4 and 5Ghz. Wifi 6 (ax) being the newest version. Don’t expect to get mobile data on a motherboard.
