Does the Deepcool Macube 310P BK have good airflow. I'm getting 4 fans to install in the case. Not sure if you need to know but just in case i'll link a pcpartpicker list. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/Zrmbmg

The case should be adequate.
I would not get 4 fans.
Buy two good front 140mm intake fans and use the included 120mm fan for rear exhaust.
These noctua fans are inexpensive.
They come in faster or slower versions:
