Recently suped up my system with a new 7800x3D and went with the prime b650+ board from Asus. Unfortunately it's not POSTing and I was wondering if I might need a BIOS update or if this board supports the 7800x3D out of the box?

Any other suggestions on why it's not POSTing would be appreciated as well. A potential clue is that my keyboard and mouse aren't being recognised. I've tried the usual stuff like reseating everything, checking cables, trying iGPU, different RAM configs, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

it may not work out of the box - you need a 1408 bios version for 7800X3D .
(that may be the reason why it is not posting)
but this motherboard has a Q-flash button feature so you can easily update your bios via usb
even if you don´t have an older cpu installed .
