Hello. I'm experiencing weird fps results with my build. It's freshly assembled and the drivers are all updated. However, in most of the AAA games like bf1, bfv or mw 2019 i'm having a huge gpu bottleneck. The fps on ultra and low, 1080p and 720p are the same, all much lower compared to a properly working 5600xt & 3300x based on benchmarks on the internet. This cpu shouldn't be bottlenecking the 5600xt this badly, but in my case it is actually so bad that fps under 75 is actually inevitable no matter what i do. It's like i spent 290€ for a card that is performing like a 150€ one. It's unacceptable and infuriating.
Titles that i have bottleneck in: Bf1 , Bf V, Apex Legends, Squad, MW 2019, Hunt: Showdown

What i did to fix the issue: reinstalled the windows and drivers multiple times, Checked the temps and ram speed multiple times, upgraded my psu from 500w to 650w

Could the cpu or gpu be faulty? What should i do cuz i'm really out of options and desperate.

Pc specs

The 50-60% GPU usage will be semi-normal at 1080P....perhaps 10-15% more if a very fast CPU and/or all details maxed, but, the 5600XT likely has sufficient VRAM for even higher res, so, do not expect 90-100% usage...

You'd have to look at what FPS that CPU is capable of with a similar GPU... ; certainly, if your FPS does not drop lowering details, you might as well keep them high.
Were the games freshly installed with this current hardware config?

The testing/benchmarks I saw of the 3300X yielded pretty impressive results, offering about 95% of the 3600's performance....

I'd first test your CPU under load (CPU-Z/bench/stress CPU) and observe what clock speeds are being hit/sustained and what temps are hit, to make sure no throttling is occurring... (If testing online games, many servers cap the number of frames/sec that are serviced to various clients, and, in multiplayer battles, you often don't know the server's capacity/ability and internet throughput to to service 32/64 player games, so you may need to do your testing in single player mode...)

Thank you for the reply. Yes the games are all freshly installed. I've benched the cpu with cinebench r20 and r23. I don't remember the results on r20 but on r23, i get 6425 points for multi core and 1258 for single core performance. Temprature while being under full load goes up to max 76 with hyper tx3 evo as cooling solution.

Looks like it runs fine! but trust me, in reality it doesn't. I have also tested a 1660 super on the same system before. Compared to 5600xt, i was getting more fps on low graphics with the 1660s, it was more stable as well. We're looking at a solid stable fps above 100 in hunt showdown and warzone on low graphics, while the 5600xt struggles to keep it higher than 90, jumping down to 75 in intensive situations. Btw i have a 75Hz monitor, considering fps getting close to 75 and falling below it sometimes, i am able to feel input lags and the drops, which drive me crazy.
Just seeing the card doing nothing at 50%-60% usage and the cpu just minding it's own business makes me wanna throw this pc out of the window.
