If you have the extra $50 right now it is worth it for a 240GB Corsair BX500 SSD. At 240GB you can run Windows on it as well as some smaller games. It terms of PSU 650W is MORE than enough. That rig you could get by with a 450-550W. For the same amount of money as the CX650m you could get a Seasonic Focus Gold 550W 80+ Gold. That is a superior PSU in every way possible, except it doesn't have the same absolute wattage.

Unless you massively overclock an i7-8700k and a 1080Ti, you will not need more than a 650W PSU. If you go for a high quality one, like the Seasonic Focus/Focus+ series, you will be set for many years to come. Those actually come with a 10 year warranty so that gives you a good bit of reassurance that if something happens it will most likely be covered for replacement. The HDD and SSD will have different screws, however, your case will include those in the bag of screws it sends.

Also, 400w for the gpu, 150 for the cpu 150 for the cpu cooler (if i overclock the cpu and gpu). I propably won't overclock anything, but if i buy something which needs a lot of energy in the future, i want to have a PSU which can handle all this.

Using a PSU calculator with i7-8700k @ 4.2GHz and 1.3V, RTX 2080Ti, SSD, HDD, WLAN, LED lights, 280mm Liquid cooler, 6 140mm fan, TDP @ 90% the recommended PSU is 628W. You can check out your own stuff here - http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/

I haven't seen a new case in the last 5 years that doesn't come with screws for 2.5" disks. Typically it has plenty of screws and a lot of times drives will come with screws as well.
