Questions:
1) Are these parts compatible?
2) Is this a good build for the price?
3) Could i throw in another 6850 a year or so from now to stay up to date?

As it is just as powerful, despite what it says on the box. They both have a 40A 12V rail, the Corsair only has 1 extra amp on each of the 3.3 and 5V rails.
The main reasons why I would choose the Antec over the Corsair are because it is more efficient and has a higher temperature rating, which points to better internal build quality.
You also don't have to deal with a rebate, not that that would necessarily be an issue anyway, but still...
