Does this combo seem good?

A DIY kit from Newegg, seems good to me but I don't know much about this stuff

So I'd like some other opinions please!

newegg super cheap combos are that they try to get rid of parts no one buys because they s*ck so they combine them with expensive ones for cheap to make it sound good such as 8120 etc

+1 -- Also they throw in a $40 Anti virus package that you do not need so they can say you are saving $90 but you'd be better off picking out your own items and perhaps a couple 2 item combos with discounts and get something better with parts that are much better -- the MOBO especially seems like a piece they are just trying to get rid of (Micro ATX with only 2 RAM slots and the old 760 chipset)
