[SOLVED] Does this PSU's cables fit my motherboard

I'm thinking of getting a new PSU but idk if these PSU's are compatible with my current Motherboard

If you have different recommendations for a psu i'll gladly accept them (I'm looking for a PSU that is able to fit in a HP compaq 8300 elite sff case)

That is a proprietary motherboard, so no standard PSU is going to work directly, not to mention fitting inside the system.

You could maybe get an SFX or TFX power supply inside the chassis, but you would still need an adapter such as this one:

I'm unsure what you mean. It only has one purpose, to take a 24-pin standard power supply connector and convert into what HP uses (the motherboard runs on 12V only I would guess, and supplies the lower voltages on board to the other devices. In this case you could run your drives and the like off of the power supply directly.
