Psu: unsure cause I don’t want to complete tear the case down.

This is my brothers gaming pc that he had bought from a company and he’s used it for a couple years now but I guess he was having troubles trying to play valorant and he tried following a video that took him through steps changing stuff in the bois and now when he powers on his pc he gets no signal in either one of his hdmi ports. (Can’t test display port don’t have cable or monitor with display port)

What I’ve tried so far removing cmos battery for 5-10mins no change then once again over night and then added new battery no change next I used a flat head screw driver to the cmos pins cause the company that built this pc didn’t include the jumper once again no change. So I looked up the mobo and how to qflash it got on gigabytes website downloaded the most current version of it formatted usb for fat32 and changed the file name to GIGABYTE.bin used the bios usb port on back mobo and then hit the button for qflash it started flashing fast then slowed down and then stops and pc turns back off then I put all parts back but still no signal I’m currently trying the 3rd oldest bios file but idk it’s a lot of work if I have to try every qflash bios file. r am I doing something wrong or missing something cpu, ram, gpu all getting power leds are lightning up just no signal. After the first qflash and all parts being back in connected i did notice it was powering off and on about every 1-2min.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Take the side panels off and read or pass on the stickered info of said PSU. Include it's age as well.
Best I can see even with the other side panel off is evga 100-BR-0500 so if I have to guess a evga 500w with their bronze certification thing that they do.

It is not uncommon for the pc to do a series of attempted boot ups when updating the BIOS. For example, I updated my BIOS for my mobo and it took me about 10 min to actually see anything on the monitor. Not my first experience either so I stuck with it. Here are some tips:
1) After the update, let it try to boot on its own for 10-15 minutes.
2) If nothing, reset the computer and keep pushing F2 to get into the BIOS.
3) If nothing, turn the computer off a few minutes, remove the USB (if havent already) and then reboot. Repeat earlier steps.

Sometimes you have to give it a chance to default everything and recognize components. I am a little worried that you qflashed while not having access to BIOS, but I understand.

Yea I thought I had to have access to the bios to do qflash but the video I watched said u don’t have to and as long as the light by the qflash button is blinking and not solid then that ment it was loading it and that it was done when pc turned off. But I will try and just let it run for a couple hours. Currently trying to get ahold of a few people that we can stick his gpu in to fully rule that out as a cause but I personally believe it’s something with the bios not allowing him to use his gpu and well his cpu has no integrated graphics so can’t plug directly into the mobo.
