Don't know which graphics card to buy

Hey guys, I just bought an OK PC. It was for 300 and the specs are:
4.1ghz amd A10-6800k (comes with amd Radeon hd 8670d integrated graphics)
8gb 1333hz ram
2TB HDD

I wanna be able to play nearly every game at 1920x1080 on ultra with at least 60 FPS. Well this is my dream.
I have around £200, I could go a bit higher. But I just want to know the best value for money graphics card that can run that for me. I know my CPU might bottleneck me a bit, I'm not to sure. If you could comment on that as well that'd be great

I've seen the 7950 around, but isn't the gtx 760 meant to be faster for around the same price? on top of that isn't powercolor meant to just be awful at graphics cards? Don't mean to be an asshole but i just really dont wanna buy the wrong thing
