Don't Know Which PSU I Should Get

For my new build I'm running...

FX-8320
ASUS M5A97
XFX HD 7770
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz

Don't plan on any overclocking or crossfire... So my last step is PSU.
I'm still a noobie and I don't know how to figure out what kind of PSU I should get, so any advice on how to figure it out would help. Also, shopping from tigerdirect.com only unless theres a super wicked deal somewhere

I didnt like the review on that one. I found this Corsair 500W one for $80 It got good reviews, little more, less wattage but I know Corsair is a good brand

Wow that seems kind high priced. In that range you might consider this PSU as well, it is semi-modular:

If modular appeals to you. But the Corsair is probably better as far as regulation.
