Alright, I spent a lot of time tonight configuring the build and I just need help now figuring out wealthier the parts will be compatible to each other and if they would be good in 2 years from now.
Build:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe Mini ITX LGA1155 Motherboard ($141.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital WD Blue 1TB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive ($89.99 @ Newegg)

1. I strongly recommend a higher wattage PSU, 380w barely sustains your systems max load (325w). 500w will support your system well. I recommend Seasonic, XFX, Antec HCG series, or corsair AX (there are others, but that's a good short list to start from)

2. You have a mini-ITX board with an ATX case. What do you want here? Mini-ITX boards are for making tiny PC's. If that's what you want, you also need a mini-ITX case. If you want a regular sized PC, use an ATX board. You'll get more features and better thermals for your money.
