Double check on new build for Graphic Design

Hello,

A friend of mine is starting independent work as a graphic designer, video editor and animator, 2D and 3D. His budget is around 2 000 euros monitors included. He's not at all into computers and trusted me on this one but I realy don't want to screw it up.
Someone on reddit very kindly made me this build but I would like to double check with you guys just to make sure :

What are you thoughts ? I was a bit surprised not to see an 40xx graphic card in there but maybe I'm biased because I only know about gaming.
Also I'm wondering if the monitor can be upgraded to something a little more dedicated to graphic design. And what would be the cheapest option if he decided to go for a 24 inch second monitor ?

Thanks a lot for your help

You would need to mention the app's he'll be taxing the system with in case he might need a little more oomph out of his system. In a nutshell, you're advised to stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread;
and the community would show up with worthwhile suggestions.

I noticed and fr extension in teh PCPartPicker ink, you're located in France?

I went slightly over budget. Smaller capacity SSD is for the OS, app's and launchers, the larger SSD can be his project drive though I would highly advise that he adds a mechanical drive(HDD) into the build to have his finalized works stored on. SFX PSU to use up less space in the case. Went with a smaller air cooler, you can add fans into the case later down the road.

This isn't set in stone, rather a template to manipulate.

Many Thanks !

Here is the full specifications I originaly asked for this build :

* New build or upgrade?

A friend of mine is starting independent work as a graphic designer and professional animator after finishing school and needs a full new build to get started. His budget is around 2 000 euros (lives in France).

* Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)

None (used to work on a laptop).

* PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)

Graphic Design, 2D - 3D animation

TvPaint, Photoshop, AfterEffect, dragon frame, blender, Da Vinci Resolve, After Effects, Toons,...

* Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors)

France, would prefer to order parts online. Any links for cheapest option for the components is much appreciated.

* Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

2 monitors. One high end monitor, 24' - 26' inches wide, dedicated to graphic design, high resolution, needs to be color accurate. Refresh rate is secondary.

A second cheaper, smaller one for multitasking.

* Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

2 000 euros

* WiFi or wired connection?

Both ?

* Size/noise constraints?

Lives in a flat, the smaller, the better. Low noise is important.

* Color/lighting preferences?

no RGB please, color is unimportant

* Any other specific needs?

On Windows ofc. I have a key I bougth for my own PC some years ago, is it possible for me to lend it to him ?

Thanks a lot
