[SOLVED] Double Monitor Choppy

Hey! I recently connected a 60Hz monitor next to my 144Hz monitor. I noticed that my 144hz monitor began to have choppy animations. For example when I pull up an application the animation for it is kinda choppy. It's not a big deal but it hurts my eyes.

My specs:
i5-9400f
RX 580 8GB
16GB 2444hz

unplug the 60hz monitor and the 144hz works fine?

I tried but as soon as I did it I couldn't control my 144hz monitor. No cursor, not reacting to alt+tab nothing, just a still image

It's a frame buffer desync issue from combining monitors with different native refresh rates.
If you had the regular 9400, this would've been solved in a jiffy by just plugging the 60hz monitor into the motherboard.
