I just built a pc for my friend and it has an ASRock Penryn1600SLI-110dB motherboard with a Core 2 duo E8400 processor and 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400 (DDRII 800) Kinsgton HyperX RAM and I noticed in CPU-Z that the RAM is running at 222 MHz instead of 400 MHz. I'm not very experienced with Intel processors and sockets so I don't know how the RAM ratios works. It also says on CPU-Z FSB:DRAM 3:2. In the BIOS I put the setting that said DDRII 800. How can I put the RAM to the correct 400 MHz setting?

No idea why is it running with that ratio, it should be 2:3. Anyway, go to BIOS and set the DRAM frequency to 400mhz, you will find the option in Advanced/Chipset configuration tab.
