So I've gotten a 120G Kingston UV400, and I don't have the official windows cd to do a fresh install on my ssd, neither do I have a usb stick, or a seperate CD I could burn a fresh copy of windows on.
I tried Cloning it, but it awfully failed, so if you recommend cloning, please leave a good software to help me out with that.

Lets start out with a little info first:

What OS do you have now?
On what type of drive?
How much used space is on that current C drive?

OK.
For a 120GB SSD, that is just barely within the limits to clone everything over.

Steps to do this:

Install Macrium Reflect
Power off
Connect the SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium application
Do what it says, reading carefully
Once it is complete, power off
Disconnect the old drive
Connect the new drive into the same SATA port the old one was in
Power up and see if it boots properly

Assuming it does, success.
Verify operation.
Maybe restart a couple of times, just to be sure it will boot from only the new SSD

Later, once you are satisfied, reconnect the old drive
Wipe it and use as desired.

Forgot to mention, I need to wipe my ssd right now, because the first cloning failed awfully, do I just format it again in disk management?
Or is there a desired tool to do that 'safely'

The new clone operation (listed above) will wipe it.

I'm kind of confused, can you guide me out here abit?

Disk 1 - select ALL those partitions
The Clone button should be under Disk 1, not under Disk 2.
