download settings

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.configuration_manage (More info?)

I download frequently from the internet. Yesterday when
I was downloading an unusal window appeared and I clicked
ok to get rid of it without really reading it. Now my
downloads go to a temp file but I can't open them or move
them. I don't get the 'do you want to open or save
window' nor the 'download complete window.

Any help is appreciated.

Select D and scroll to Download Settings.
