Download speed and upload speed dropped..

For some reason my internet speed suddenly dropped from 8Mb/s to 6Mb/s even though i should be getting 10Mb/s http://prntscr.com/huw1v2 (sry it's in Serbian). Im connected via ethernet (Cat5e). Tested the internet speed on my phone and I'm getting the same results.

Might be time for a new modem.
Check speed before the router with modem only connected.
Reset the modem.
Call the internet company and have them check the line.

The thing is I have a modem/router combo, so if it's not the ISP then it has to be the moder/router?
