[SOLVED] Download speed issues

So recently I found out that my download speeds are a tenth of what they usually are. I'm getting around 30-50mbps down and its used to be around 300+. I reset the network through the settings in Windows 11 and uninstalled and reinstalled the adapter as well. The speeds would be up to where it used to be for about 5 minutes when I reinstalled the drivers and rebooted before jumping back down to 30-50mbps. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I have also tested the speeds on another desktop but still on Windows 10 and it still retains the higher speeds. MB is an Asus ROG Strix B550-F gaming

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

Alrighty, I tried the clean booth and it did not affect the speeds after restart.
