Question Download speed slow in main admin account but fast in user account

So I have two accounts in my PC, in my main admin account, I get like 1-2 MBps speed in qbit, but in my brother's non admin account, I get like 9 MBps, I have noticed this on other apps too. I tried resetting qbittorrent's settings on both accounts but no luck, main account slow but user account fast. Any fixes for this? Task manager doesn't show any other apps using my internet. Thanks!
