Download speeds are REALLY slowly even though i got 130mb/s net

So yeah suddenly my download speeds just plummeted when i tried to update League of Legends and The Elder Scrolls Online. It downloads 10kb/s.
i tried clearing my browser data to see if it could help, but it didnt really do anything.
I am using wired connection

could be game server problem.
