Question Download speeds jumping up at random times

I have been downloading a lot of videos from mega.nz in the past few days and noticed a weird trend.
I will be downloading the file around 1Mbps it changes slightly but not much. Then randomly for around 30
seconds it will spike higher from 4-10Mbps then go back down. Why is it doing this
