[SOLVED] Download/Upload speed halved when using router?

Hello! I have an ASUS AC1900 AC68U router. Unfortunately, when I use this router, I'm getting my upload/download speeds halved.

Here are my results when directly plugged into the modem

As you can see, it's almost exactly halved. Anyone know the culprit of this?

I tried running a speed test on my phone using WiFi and sitting less than 3 feet away from the router and here are the awful results I've gotten on an iPhone 11 Pro Max

I gather you have an ethernet cable connected from your ISP modem to the AC1900 wan input?
And your AC1900 is connected by ethernet cable or wifi to your PC?
Have you set up your router on your PC?

Correct, the PC is connected via ethernet to my router, and router is connected to modem via ethernet.
The router is fully set up with my own network.

If anyone else stumbles across this post, I ended up getting the full speeds by downloading the phone app and updating the BIOS this way. Very easy and didn't have to hunt for a flash drive.
