Download usbprint sys for xp

Where can I download usbprint.sys? I am trying to install a new printer & when I get to a certain point, it says insert Service Pack 3 disk. I don't have a disk but it shows under Properties that it is on my computer. This usbprint.sys file is NOT listed under Windows\system32\drivers on my computer. I also need usbscan.sys.
