First off, video card/driver-related questions should either be posted in the "Hardware\Graphics and Displays" section or the "Software\Applications\Drivers and Firmware" section of Tom's Hardware forums.

Secondly, I'll need a bit more information before I can help you. What are your system specs ?
Also, what do you mean by "computer performance is low" ? Is it when you play games or when browsing in general ? Because you do know that updating your video driver will only offer a small boost in gaming performance and none at all in Internet browsing or such things.
