Downwards pushing CPU cooler for an SP120

Hi guys,

I want at downwards pushing CPU cooler for AM3+, which I can mount a corsair SP120 fan on top of. I don't really like the look of sideways pushing coolers. Any suggestions are great, but i would like reasons why too thanks.

Asus M5A97 evo. I want the VRM cooled a little, and I like downwards pushing coolers better, because of looks, and I want to put an SP120 on top.
