Question "DPC and ISR routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long" ?

so i installed new nvidia driver for my GTX 1070 as usual with nvcleanstall and ddu to remove the old driver.
but this time when i finish updating the driver when i play music it will stutter/lag while opening another program.

  • I tried updating another driver too but it didn't work.
  • I rolled back to the old driver but that also didn't work, even using restore point still the same.
  • I removed nvidia driver and play music without graphic card driver, it work fine.

So I downloaded latencymon to check and it says:

" One or more DPC routinines that belong to driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. also one or more ISR routinines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long "

anyone know how to fix this? or have experienced this?
and i'm afraid this issue will stuck even there's new update driver from nvidia since it can be solve with using older driver.

Manually download the applicable GTX 1070 drivers directly from Nvidia's website.

Reinstall and reconfigure.

No third party tools or installers.

Verify the source webite: just because "Nvidia" appears in the URL or somewhere on or within the website that does not mean that the website is really Nvidia.

Also pay careful attention during the installation process. Very likely that the installation process will try to include other apps or "features".

Sometimes such attempts are not readily apparent or directly masked in some manner. Misleading.....

Be careful about "Ok's", "Yes", "Save", "I agree", etc.. Scroll the entire screen up and down.....

Also do not install GeForce Experience, do it manually and install only Driver package, sound driver if needed, and PhysX drivers and restart pc after installation is done.
