Question DPC Latency checker

Hey , might this be the reason some of my games have fps drops?

I have tried everything that is recommended to try fix these drops but nothing works.
GTA V for example runs well while half of the other games i play have these fps drops.

(The "systemavbrott" is in english "System interupts" )

Another question though. Should the bar be yellow or should it be green?

I tried to do as it told (to inactivate and re activate) on Device manager but problem still exist

OK so i get these results on DPC Latency checker while playing games

What am I supposed to do? I have tried everything else to fix these fps drop in half of the games i play but without success
Help is much appreciated. My system= i5 8600k cpu. gtx 1070 ti. 32gb ddr4 3200mhz ram. Motherboard= PRIME-Z370-P
