I have been getting routine DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION BSOD while conducting memory stress tests using Intel XTU for new RAM install and while playing games. I upgraded from 2x8gb @ 3200MHz to 2x16gb @ 3600MHz. Ive tried using the default clock settings, XMP profile, manually setting timings, voltage, frequency, etc. I suspected maybe the BSOD was from my failing GPU that had a bad fan so I replaced my 2060 w/ 6650XT but still having the same problem. Going on about 1 week now of diagnostics and can’t seem to figure this out. Im not very computer literate, and have tried multiple things from forums online but im completely lost at this point. BIOS and chipsets up to date.

CPU: I7-9700K @ 3.6 GHz
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Mobo: Msi z390-A pro LGA1151 (BIOS 7B98v1F)
Ram: Corsair 2x16gb @ 3600MHz
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB
GPU: AMD 6650XT
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 850W (4 years old)
Chassis: Corsair Obsidian Series 750D
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
Monitor: ASUS VG278Q

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Corsair 2x16gb @ 3600MHz
Got a link to the ram you're working with? Rams populating slots A2 and B2?
2x8gb @ 3200MHz to 2x16gb @ 3600MHz
Include the a link or make and model of your older kit of ram.

Did you run DDU before you swapped GPU's and then installed the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

You should revert back to your older ram kit and see if the issue persists.

Thank you, I have updated my original post with the information requested.

New Ram confirmed in slots A2 and B2. Recognized in BIOS and in system information.

Include the a link or make and model of your older kit of ram. Old RAM

I installed AMD Adrenaline, ran DDU to uninstall the NVIDIA drivers, disconnected from internet, swapped hardware, and installed drivers using Adrenaline. I don’t think I did so as administrator.

I can install my old RAM and see if it works. Do I just leave everything in BIOS as default?

I did install my old ram kit and got a frozen screen after some time. It has not BSOD, but just frozen and requires hard reset. With me trying both RAM and having identical issues, I no longer believe this to be a RAM issue.
