I know you're not being difficult on purpose but I don't have a magic wand either. ;)

If you're comfortable swapping the motherboard then that 's a reasonable next step. Sometimes the only way to isolate a hardware problem is by swapping components.

Do be aware that if you change the motherboard you WILL need to do a clean install of Windows. During the install process Windows configures itself for the hardware platform it's going on, so if you change the motherboard a reinstall will be a must - otherwise you risk introducing new BSODs....

(sigh)... it took me forever to find time to do the motherboard swap and yesterday was that day. Full, clean windows install after format. All was going good until about 45 minutes ago when I got a BSOD. Stuck at 0%, with no minidump. My system restarted and went directly into the bios before I could see what the error was (restart now disabled) - once in my bios I noticed all my drives were missing. Did a cold boot and the drives were all back and the system booted normally.

So this means I have now replaced the motherboard, graphics card, & power supply.

CPU tested good by all testing tools I could really use.
Memory passed as well, though I don't have the full version of memtest86
All my drives show no errors
1x m.2
1x sata SSD
2x traditional HD's connected via sata
1x traditional HD connected via USB in an external enclosure

... I really thought this would finally fix it. Super depressed.

From what you say above the problem seems fixed, no? You had an initial issue and then it booted from the way I read the above.

I am a big fan of OCCT (it's free), I use it to stress test new builds, You might want to give that a go?

It might be wise to remove every component you can do without and see whether it's stable. So remove all but one RAM card (ensure it's in the correct slot), remove all drives except the system/boot drive, remove any other PCIe cards, unplug all USB devices (except mouse and keyboard) - and use a wired mouse and keyboard if you can. Then use OCCT to stress each component for an hour at least on each component - that's how I commission a new build.
