I have a dragon skin and a steel sparkscythe but I cannot remember where I
found that.
Who can help me out.

If you're referring to the Dragonbone Cuirass, it's found in a dwemer ruin
inside a grotto south of Ebonheart. If you mean Imperial Dragonscale
Cuirass, those are found all over the place. You can buy them in Caldera,
Molag Mar, and Sadrith Mora, and they appear randomly in lots of places. As
for the Steel Sparkscythe, that one is only found randomly, so nobody can
tell you necessarily where you found it.
