System Specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX
RAM: Kingston FURY Beast 32Go (2x16Go) 6000MT/s DDR5 CL30
Motherboard: MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi
Storage: Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2
PSU: MSI MAG GOLD 850W PCIE5

Problem Description:
My PC is currently unable to boot. Upon startup, the motherboard’s diagnostic LEDs show the following sequence:

1) Initially, both the Red CPU and the Amber DRAM LEDs light up simultaneously.
These two LEDs then turn off quickly.

2) Afterward, the Amber (DRAM) LED lights up again while the ram sticks' lights go off then the dram led goes off and the ram sticks light goes back on. It loops like that every minute or so

3) The White (VGA) LED never lights up. No boot

There is no display output, and the system remains stuck in this state.

Timeline:

I've used my computer for about a year and last week I let it go to sleep mode on a full screen video game. I later returned to it and it wouldn't wake so I had to turn it off and start it again.

This is when the problem started to occur (no boot and loop on dram light)

Troubleshooting steps performed:
  • Reseated RAM in all configurations
  • Cleared CMOS (battery removal)
  • Booted with minimal setup (no GPU and only 1 stick) managed to boot correctly
  • Booted with no GPU + 2 sticks managed to boot correctly
  • Put GPU back on, loop on orange dram no boot

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Your motherboard has a FlashBIOS button on the rear of said motherboard. Use this guide;

and reflash the BIOS on your motherboard with the latest version, then clear the CMOS and see if you're able to regain functionality of your platform.

Put GPU back on, loop on orange dram no boot
Would be a good idea to see if you can source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU that can deliver 850W of power to the entire system.
