Question DRAM light is on and no signal

I built a new pc and started it up, all the fans were spinning but the DRAM light was on and I was getting no signal. The ram is correctly installed and in the correct dimm slot, ive tried resetting the cmos but that didnt work. My parts are all compatible but i still dont know whats wrong, any solutions?

EDIT: Took everything apart and rebuilt it, the DRAM led is off but im still getting no signal

B365M PRO-VDH
(2x8) Corsair Vengeance 2400 Mhz ddr4 ram
MSI Armour RX 570
Thermaltake Litepower 550W PSU
Im only using 1 ram stick in the DIMMA2 slot as said by the manual

i took out all of the components and put it back together and the DRAM led is off but im still getting no signal
