Dram Light on, cpu light blinking MSI B150 m3 gaming motherboard

The DRAM light is on on my motherboard, yet the RAM is inserted correctly and so are all the powersupplies. Could someone help me out?

Did you try only 1 DRAM module (if you have 2) also check to ensure the CPU is inserted correctly when installed there are 2 notches that need to line up exactly with the slot. If they are off it will cause this error as well it could damage the socket.

If none of this works remove the motherboard from the case and try it outside, if it still doesn't work you may have either defective RAM or a defective motherboard.
