I Use Crucial Ballistix 2666MHz CL 16 DRAM ( 8GB x 2 ), at OC to 3000MHz CL 15.
I have set DRAM Voltage to 1.35v in BIOS ( Gigabyte B550m DS3H ). But HWInfo shows DRAM Voltage as 1.38v.
Which voltage is actually in use by my RAM and what is the safe voltages for my DRAM Modules?

Solution
if hwinfo shows 1.38v, then its running at 1.38v, you can also confirm that when going into bios sensors page, for gigabyte its in advanced mode, settings page and there open PC Health and ram voltage should be there seen as DRAM Voltage, hwinfo reads what bios provides, +-60mv is within specs
if hwinfo shows 1.38v, then its running at 1.38v, you can also confirm that when going into bios sensors page, for gigabyte its in advanced mode, settings page and there open PC Health and ram voltage should be there seen as DRAM Voltage, hwinfo reads what bios provides, +-60mv is within specs

Checked in advanced bios settings. It shows 1.38v as you said. How to decrease the voltage as i have already set dram voltage to 1.35?
if hwinfo shows 1.38v, then its running at 1.38v, you can also confirm that when going into bios sensors page, for gigabyte its in advanced mode, settings page and there open PC Health and ram voltage should be there seen as DDRVtt, what you seting up in bios as voltage is Vref, which is basicly same thing, just has tiny bit different values, hwinfo reads what bios provides
