Dreams While Sleeping?

Have you ever had dreams while you were sleeping that you can remember having, that almost seem like an alternate reality?

It's like in the dream you know the people, and you know them well, but in real life you have never met anyone even resembling these people in the dream?

It's the same for the places the dream takes place, they seem to be so familiar, but you've never seen any places like them in reality?

Anyone else have dreams like this?

If you ever dream that you are looking for a desperate place to pee and finally find it and it is the best peeing you ever had, it may be a dream with side effects and you're actually peeing, or just before doing it, so if you wake up from that type of dream and you are not soaking wet, get up and go pee! :lol:
