Can anyone tell me why my D: drive (data) doesn't show up on the left side of Windows Explorer?

My OS drive (C:\) which is an SSD is there, and my USB HDD (H:\) for Windows File History shows up, but my D: doesn't, even though it's clearly shown on the main window and if I click on it, then it opens up my D: drive fine. See image:

I also notice that my DVD drive (E:\) isn't there either, though I'm not worried about that. Just be nice to have my Data drive show up as that's the disk I always use!

Thanks!

Hi,

I've did some experimentation with my own PC about that weird problem of yours and here's what you can try that may do the trick. Drag "Data (D):" right above "This PC" and if it will say create a shortcut on This PC drop it and it should show under This PC. :)

Hopefully this will work with yours. :)
